Marina provides diagnosis and procedure coding services for Professional and Facility charges rendered in emergency departments and urgent care clinics nationwide. Our proprietary mPower chart management system supports paperless transmission of charts with virtually any Electronic Health Record solution, allowing our coders to quickly receive and analyze each chart to be coded. Our highly-qualified MDs, RNs, and CPCs specializing in emergency-based medicine, will evaluate each chart for thorough documentation and code the chart according to relevant payor guidelines.
