Referral Program

We would like to thank you for trusting us with your ED billing and practice management. Our relationship with partners like you is what makes us a successful company, and we understand we have to earn your business every day.

Marina’s growth through the years is a result of providing inspired service that leads to satisfied clients and in turn, referrals to additional practices. As we seek to continue this trend, we are happy to offer a referral program for our clients and physicians.

For every referred practice that becomes a new Marina client, the referring physician or group will earn $0.25 per visit for the first 12 months where services are provided. You can choose to take your referral reward as a credit toward Marina’s billing fees or as a cash donation to the charity of your choice. If you do not have a preferred charity, Marina can offer two of our preferred charities.

This program is offered to all Marina clients and Marina’s client physicians or their employees. Referrals provided through this program will be contacted promptly by senior Marina executives upon receipt of valid contact information. In the event the same referral is received from more than one party, the first party to provide valid information will receive credit for generating the referral.

If a referred practice becomes a Marina client, the reward earned will be calculated monthly based on the patient volume from the referred practice during its first 12 months as a Marina client. The reward will be credited to you against Marina’s billing fees or paid to a designated charity. If you elect to have the referral reward go to a charity of your own choosing, Marina will work with you to establish an agreeable donation process.

Marina respectfully requests that referring physicians have an established relationship with the party that is being referred. This program can be terminated at any time by Marina in its sole discretion.
